Director of Golf: Jim Smith Jr., PGA
Jim Smith Jr. joined The Cricket Club as Director of Golf in 2006 after ten years as the General Manager and Director of Golf at Talamore at Oak Terrace Golf & Country Club. Jim's leadership skills led to him spending ten years on the Executive Committee and Board of the Philadelphia PGA, including a term as President. In his 30+ years as a PGA Professional, Jim has taken an interest in mentoring and guiding fellow golf professionals and co-workers to bigger and better opportunities.

Justin Parisi, PGA
Shane Fiala, PGA
Justin is in his 5th year at PCC and currently is the Head Golf Professional at the Wissahickon course. Justin was born in Rockaway, NJ and graduated from Clemson's PGM program in 2021. Justin's experience in the golf industry includes working at the Grove XXIII, Hudson National, and Canoe Brook.
Shane is in his 2nd year at PCC as the Head Golf Professional at the Militia Hill course. Shane is from East Haddam, CT, and graduated from Coastal Carolina's PGM program in 2019. Shane's experience in the golf industry includes the Wianno Club, Naples National, The Country Club, and Round Hill Club.

All interns that are or have previously worked at The Cricket Club get a great experience giving them a good foundation for future jobs or internships. During your time here, you get a well balance mix of work and time off to play golf or explore the city, good compensation, and work in all facets of the golf operation, making this one of the country's top internships.
